At Siendo, we live, breathe and play by our values – every single day. We understand that, as a company, we’re in a position to make a difference and we invite you to join us in our mission to make the world a happier, healthier and kinder place.
Here’s what we’re doing to have a positive impact upon this beautiful world…
“Charities of the Year” Initiative
As part of our “Charities of the Year” initiative, each year, we will carefully choose three new charities that we will wholeheartedly support throughout the year. In 2023 alone, we raised a whopping £2732 for our three chosen charities and we’re looking forward to raising even more this year.
Here’s how it works:

By participating in these charity initiatives, we aim to not only have a positive impact on the charities we support but also actively involve our clients in giving back to causes they deeply care about.

Tree-Nation Partnership
Alongside that, we are also proud to share that we have joined Tree-Nation and pledged to plant a tree for every learner that joins one of our MHFA England accredited Mental Health First Aid, Mental Health Champion, Mental Health Aware or MHFA Refresher courses, as well as for every ‘retreat goer’ that attends one of our wonderful new, soul soothing wellbeing retreats.

Note: At Siendo, we are also proud to be part of a ‘Net Zero Team Plan’ where we plant 4 additional trees per month to offset 7.2 tons of CO2 per year of work-related emissions. These trees are planted to offset the emissions directly related to our employees, like our office space, electricity at work, food, small office materials and any short distance travel.
And so, by working with Siendo, not only do you learn how to better support yourself and the wonderful humans around you, but you also improve the lives of the charities we support and contribute towards the restoration of forests, the creation of jobs, support of local communities, and the protection of biodiversity – all around the world. Quite a worthwhile investment!!
Free Meditation Sessions
Things are really tough right now – like, really tough. Everywhere you look, people are struggling. And, when things are this tough, what we need more than ever is to join forces and connect.
To support with this, our founder – Rebecca Reed – hosts a selection of short, 20-minute guided meditation sessions throughout the year, on Zoom, so we can share a space for love, support and connection.
We know how much people are struggling with their emotional and mental wellbeing at the moment, and we know how powerful meditation is for managing that… therefore, these free sessions help to make this practice accessible for all.
Fancy joining us? We welcome you to come along and boost your mental health and wellbeing within a community of people who care. Book your place for free here, on Eventbrite.
Charities of the Year Initiative
Here are our chosen charities for 2024…

St Ann’s School works with young people aged 11 to 19 years with severe cognitive disabilities and requires support that extends beyond council funding. St. Ann’s Foundation is, therefore, dedicated towards providing suitable facilities and resources to St. Ann’s School to help enhance students’ wellbeing and joy, while giving students a comprehensive learning experience.

SAFE! provides open access, inclusive, and free services for young people and families that have been affected by crime, helping them overcome the effects of what has happened to them and regain their quality of life. All of the work that SAFE! does aims to work towards their vision that children and young people living anywhere in the Thames Valley feel safe, thrive and achieve their potential.

Big Issue changes lives through supporting homeless people and those in poverty to earn, learn and thrive. They help people to grow in confidence and develop valuable skills, and also provide vital support to tackle issues around housing, health and financial & digital exclusion. With spiralling living costs, and continuing increases in poverty and hardship, their work is needed more than ever.
Tree-Nation Partnership

We chose to partner with Tree-Nation because they are the largest reforestation platform that allows individuals and companies to plant trees globally.
We also hugely value that Tree-Nation are committed to sustainable tree planting through local community involvement. In fact, all of their projects are designed and run by local groups – meaning that community members are solving their own landscape challenges while empowering those most vulnerable in society.
This is why we are so proud to have pledged to plant a tree for every attendee that joins one of our MHFA England accredited Mental Health First Aid, Mental Health Champion, Mental Health Aware or MHFA Refresher courses, as well as for every ‘retreat goer’ that attends one of our wonderful new, soul soothing wellbeing retreats.
And, because of the wide-range of plantation projects and species of trees planted by Tree-Nation, we can happily say that we contribute towards the restoration of forests, creation of jobs, support of local communities, and protection of biodiversity – all around the world.
Our future ESG plans
At Siendo, not only do we have the drive and ambition to be the best wellbeing company in the world, but we are utterly committed to being the best company for the world.
Therefore, we have started working towards becoming a certified B-Corp – it’s known to be a lengthy process, so watch this space.
Not only do our business services help improve the lives and workplaces of those that we support, but our values align perfectly with the B-Corp movement to “use business as a force for good”. It’s definitely a match made in heaven.
Want to get involved and join us in our mission to be
the best business for the world?
Work with us today and let’s make the world better for those around us and the generations to come.
