Siendo Charity of the Year Initiative Banner for Ronald McDonald House Charities

At Siendo, we live, breathe and play by our values – every single day. We understand that, as a company, we’re in a position to make a difference and we invite you to join us in our mission to make the world a happier, healthier and kinder place.

As part of this initiative, each year, we carefully choose three new charities that we will wholeheartedly support throughout the year. Then, alongside donating 2% of our sales to our client’s chosen charity, we will host three charity webinars, one for each charity, where all of the funds raised will go directly to the designated charity.

And so, with our October webinar complete for BFYC, we now are proud to launch our November webinar for Ronald McDonald House Charities.

By participating in this initiative, we aim to not only have a positive impact on the charities we support but also actively involve our clients in giving back to causes they deeply care about.

Supporting our Health & Wellbeing as Parents | Siendo Charity Webinar | Ronald McDonald House Charities

As parents, caring for our own wellbeing equips us to better support the wellbeing of our children.
Amongst many benefits, mentally healthy parents are better equipped to manage their own emotions and respond calmly and skilfully to their children’s emotional and physical needs.”

About the Webinar:

Parenting is HARD!

In this increasingly busy world, we are constantly striving to balance the demands of daily life while ensuring our little ones remain safe and well. This is not easy!

We have mounting worries about our children’s developmental milestones, their nutrition, mental health, school work and never-ending washing, alongside worrying about our own work and finances, the wellbeing of our parents, siblings and partners – and then also trying to maintain some remnants of a social life. That’s a lot and I know I’ve missed a few other joyous worries off that list.

Let’s not sugar coat it – the life we are navigating every single day is hard, and often – as a result of competing priorities – taking care our own mental health and wellbeing is the first thing to go.

Therefore, in this webinar, we look at important self-reflective activities that you can use to better support your own mental health as parents. It’s a super practical webinar, all focused on how to identify and respond more effectively to the stress in your lives.

Webinar Benefits:

This event offers us the opportunity to pause and reflect upon how we can learn to better support our own wellbeing. Our children depend on us, and it’s our responsibility to make sure we’re in the best state possible – for the benefit of our families and ourselves.

Not only will you learn strategies to help you manage stress and lead a more balanced life, but through investing in yourself, you become more present for your children and more able to address their needs with greater empathy and patience. When parents are emotionally balanced, they can parent far more effectively.
