We offer courses through Zoom and in-person where social distancing is appropriate. Click below to book any one of our mind and body sessions directly. You’ll never regret taking time out to relax.
Yoga Nidra is a powerful technique where you learn to relax consciously.
Although you lay down, you do not sleep.
The aim to is reach the state between consciousness and sleep, although, you remain in conscious control at all times.
In a Yoga Nidra session you explore your sense of awareness – in a state of what is referred to as dynamic sleep – by consciously moving through visualisation and other relaxation techniques while your body stays still and comfortable (grab a blanket!)
This practice has been used in India for more than 6000 years and for many purposes, including (but not limited to):
- to enter deep relaxation,
- for stress management,
- to enhance the learning process in education,
- to restore and revitalise the body,
- to awaken inner potential, and
- as a deep meditative technique.
It’s a state that can only be fully appreciated through experience – so book your first session for just £5 today.
Still not sure? Try out one free taster session* to see if it’s for you – we know you’ll love it.

Yoga Nidra preparation
You don’t need any special equipment for Yoga Nidra – just somewhere comfortable and quiet to lay down where you won’t be disturbed.
If you have had a busy day it can help to wind down first with some gentle stretching and breathing exercises, so I’ve put together the videos below to guide you.
Meditation & Mindfulness
“Sometimes the most important thing you can do is to show up fully in this present moment.”
Starting from January 2021, Rebecca will be running regular online 8-week meditation and mindfulness courses, as well as weekly drop-in sessions for those who enjoy meditating as a group.
8-week Online Course for Health & Wellbeing
This course is designed to help those who wish to become healthier and more efficient in their lives.
During the 8-week course, you will embark upon a journey of self-development, self-discovery, learning and healing in an effort to regain control of your wellbeing and to attain, at the very least, some peace of mind.
You will learn how to cultivate mindfulness in your everyday life, while also learning how to hold your thoughts in awareness, giving you an entirely new perspective on them and their content.
During this course, we will guide you through your first 8-weeks of meditation practice, and from there we will show you how to incorporate these new techniques throughout the rest of your life.
Science has found that the way in which we think and behave can have a fundamental impact on our physical health, and our capacity to recover from illness and injury. Amongst many benefits, this mindfulness and meditation programme will offer you the opportunity to actively engage in your own progression towards greater levels of health and wellbeing.
During our sessions, we will cover:
- Meditation and its relationship with physical pain
- Using meditation to work with emotional stress, anxiety and depression
- Reducing time pressures through mindfulness and the creation of timelessness
- Developing awareness and resilience to life’s challenges
- Practicing meditation for elevated function
- Meditation as a journey; developing insight and changing your life
Weekly drop-in meditation sessions
If you’ve already completed an 8-week course and you would like the support and encouragement of a regular meditation group, then come along and join us, as and when you can. Starting 7th March 2021, we will meet online every Sunday, 17:00 – 17:45 GMT.
During each session, we will have a short discussion around a topical wellbeing topic and then take part in a 20-30 minute group meditation.
Meditating as a group is incredibly powerful and will leave you with an incredible sense of interconnectedness:
“Group meditation can be similar to a tug of war. You are all pulling on the same side, a certain synergy of energy is created, and a common goal is achieved. It is the same when you meditate together: the collective consciousness raises, and it acts like the ‘rising tide that raises all boats.”

Zen Hatha Yoga Classes
Are you local to Oxfordshire? If so, get in touch and come and experience ‘Zen Hatha Yoga with Rebecca’.
Rather than fixed, fast sequences that confuse our body and mind, Zen Hatha Yoga is about exploring what our body needs in that moment.
Within our classes, we build upon the art of conscious living by bringing our full awareness to any tightness and tension felt throughout the body.
We learn to listen to what our bodies are communicating and with gentle, considerate movements, we are able to bring a sense of relaxation and ease to our daily movements.
We work to improve our physical health and wellbeing on multiple levels, including improving our physical alignment, cleansing the flow of energy throughout the body, and inviting mindful movement into our everyday living.
*During COVID-19, class sizes will be restricted and we will be abiding by the current government safety guidelines.
