Meditation: Online drop-in session

If you’ve already completed an 8-week course, or you’re a regular meditator and you would like the support and encouragement of a regular meditation group, then come along and join us, as and when you can.

Starting Sunday, 11th July 2021, we will meet online every Sunday, 17:00 – 17:45 GMT.

During each 45-minute session, we will have a short discussion around a relevant wellbeing topic and then I will guide you through a 25-minute group meditation.

Meditating as a group is incredibly powerful and will leave you with an incredible sense of interconnectedness:

“Group meditation can be similar to a tug of war. You are all pulling on the same side, a certain synergy of energy is created, and a common goal is achieved. It is the same when you meditate together: the collective consciousness raises, and it acts like the ‘rising tide that raises all boats.”

Session Cost

Because building a community is one of the most important parts of meditation for Rebecca; this weekly session is run by donation.
