What is coaching?

Coaching sessions are offered on a one-to-one basis. During these sessions you will develop the habits and strategies needed to effectively deal with the challenges and obstacles encountered through life.
The coaching sessions are tailored to your specific needs and what you want to achieve. Depending on your goals, coaching sessions can be both challenging and rewarding.
The techniques used during coaching will help you to replace unhelpful thought patterns, while encouraging you to acknowledge your achievements and install new, value-adding behaviours that will offer you life-long, positive change.
By the end of the sessions, you will have harnessed all the confidence and self-belief needed to achieve your goals and you will be more aware and in control of your thought processes.
Using a light, humorous, and energizing style of coaching, these sessions will aim to transform your way of thinking.

Schedule your free consultation today
At Siendo, we understand the importance of an effective coaching relationship. Therefore, we provide a free consultation session that will help us to identify your coaching needs, while also allowing us to assess whether the ‘fit’ is right. Each consultation lasts about 30-minutes.
After the consultation session, if we are both happy to proceed, we will schedule our first coaching session. Sessions can be held either on the phone, via zoom or in person and usually run for 1 – 1 ½ hours.
Your trust is important to us. Please note: I will provide the confidentiality agreement prior to the consultation.
Who will be my coach and what qualifications do they have?
Rebecca is the founder of Siendo and she will be your coach throughout your allocated sessions.
Rebecca has spent many years training as a coach and a mental health practitioner, alongside collecting hands-on coaching experience while working within the corporate banking sector.
Rebecca completed her PG Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching with Barefoot Coaching in 2018. Barefoot Coaching are a market-leading training provider, accredited by the International Coaching Federation and the National Council of Psychotherapists.
Rebecca’s qualifications and professional memberships include:
- BSc Management – 1st Class Honours
- PG Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching – Chester University & Barefoot Coaching
- Approved Instructor in Adult Mental Health First Aid – MHFA England
- Accredited ‘ACC’ Coach and Member of the International Coaching Federation
- International Member of the Council of Psychotherapists
- Qualified Zen Yoga Teacher (200hr) – Accredited by the world-wide standards body Yoga Alliance.
